We had a chaotic stay with loud fights in the hallway at night, which seriously ruined our experience. It felt unsafe and really uncomfortable, especially since we needed some peace away from home. Not what we signed up for at all!

Location: the hotel was close to the beach and eateries and city centre. The rooms of the property were reasonably spacious with spa bath.

The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions. Our room featured an inviting spa bath, pristine white sheets, and a well-stocked kitchenette, making our stay comfortable. The pool area was good, and the beautifully maintained garden with palm trees complemented the retro Spanish mission style of the building perfectly. The staff was accommodating and responsive, which enhanced our experience significantly.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Easy to find, parking.
Not enough outside space for relaxing. No bed lamps, too many lights come on at head of bed.

Really good Stay at Alcamo Motel!
My trip to Hamilton was centered around visiting the stunning Lake Rotokaeo, which I had longed to see for its natural beauty. Choosing Alcamo Motel was a deliberate decision owing to its convenient location near the lake. To my delight, not only was I able to explore the lake easily, but I was also pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s outdoor pool. After a day of sightseeing, it was refreshing to relax by the pool, surrounded by the beautiful gardens. The onsite Amour Restaurant offered good al fresco dining, making every meal a scenic experience.
Limited parking availability.

Good location, easy to find, low room rate.
I had dinner in the restaurant. The waitress/chef tried really hard and was very pleasant but several dishes on the menu were unavailable and there was even no lettuce for a salad. I requested a Sauvignon Blanc but got a Reisling.

Close to town, spa bath in room was a great help, fans and balcony. Nice spacious room with couch and tv, great price for queen studio
Noise from other guests on their balconies talking late at night. A bit outdated

I was kinda surprised by the spacious room and its comfort for the price. The staff were really nice, making us feel welcome, and the location was super convenient, close to everything we needed.
Breakfast offerings could use a bit more variety.
